On Paper

RED 44x30 in

These works on paper represent, among other things, all the spaces within us that are still unused and available. There’s an audio aspect to them as well: referencing my father’s printing company and the pounding of the printed pages as they came off the huge presses. There’s also a sense of organic links or chains, representing the interconnectedness of life. And for some, there’s a cinematic feel to the images. There are other references as well, which I leave to the viewers.
